Activists frustrated with Columbus City Council spurred Issue 1

WESTERVILLE, Ohio
Drive down Ulry Road in Westerville and tucked away at Warner Road is a plot of land. It’s a bit more than 60 acres and it is ripe for development.
Jeffrey Duffield is with the Northland Community Council. He’s opposed to a developer’s plan to build a 90-bed assisted living facility, a 200-unit apartment building and 96 condominiums on the property.
“Adding this project is going to add 600 to 700 cars to the adjacent neighborhood,” Duffield said….
